File sharing from laptop to cellphone?

How do you share files from your laptop to your cell phone? The fastest method I’ve found so far is to drop the document or image into Gmail chat in my laptop’s browser, then open the Gmail app on my phone and download the file to my phone. ( Windows HP laptop to iPhone 16 pro max) Is there a faster way than this? I’ve tried several other ways such as the native file sharing to mobile in windows, uploading to google drive, emailing the files, using a cable to transfer.
