Speeding/red light fines

Guys I have been driving over 2 years in Qatar and unknowingly have done some (3/4) mistakes that should have not happened! Silly brain fade moments but have been never got any fine .

And after talking to few folks in social circles around the same, I have come up with a theory !

The fine applicability is not same for everyone! There are lot more factor about your profile etc are involved before traffic police decides to fine you! Like your previously history, your car records, nationality, work profile and much more!
