If your chat gets busy or you run alerts often, it can be easy to miss messages while streaming. This is especially true when everything is stacked in one single feed.

Meld Studio's **Split Activity Feed** feature helps keep your chat messages and your alerts separate, clean, and easy to read. It's a small layout change that makes a *huge* difference in your stream's flow and with viewer engagement.

Here's how to enable it:

# How to Split Your Activity Feed in Meld Studio

1. Open **Meld Studio**
2. Go to your **Chat panel**
3. Adjust the size of chat vs alerts to your liking

Split Activity Feed will automatically be **on,** but you can toggle it off by doing the following:

1. Click the **three dots** menu at the bottom
2. Toggle **off** Split Activity Feed

Whether you're streaming to Twitch, YouTube, Kick or another streaming platform, this helps keep your focus on your community without screen clutter.

* You won't miss raids, follows, subs, or gifted alerts (and channel point redemptions on Twitch!)

* Your reactions feel more natural and done in a timelier manner
