My wife has hypothyroidism and her labs got worse since starting Mounjaro

As the title says, my wife takes a T4/T3 combo meds for her hypothyroidism.

She’s currently on 7.5mg and her insulin levels actually went up from her previous labs. She also has PCOS.

She had labs done in July and then started on Mounjaro after. The results we just got today showed her thyroid levels got worse and her cholesterol.

She did lose about 10 pounds but it’s been really slow.

I am thinking it’s caused by the delayed stomach emptying cause low thyroid meds absorption.

Anybody else with hypothyroidism had this happen to themselves?

Did switching to a liquid thyroid meds help?
