Face fat and bulky face

Never thought I was this ugly until I saw one back camera photo of mine yesterday . I had problems last year too, yet I was looking good enough last year. I have filled round face and my overall bmi is good. Earlier I used to look pretty but now I look ugly af. My face got asymmetrical , and I have a very huge face like I have big eyes but even that look so small with such heavy checks. I even have a big forehead ,my eyebrows aren't lifted and my lips are small. I have lost half of my hairs too. I'm crying.I'm mentally drained. Yes, I know the body positivity thing and all but today I want to know from the experienced ladies what can I do. I want to do it for myself and I don't want any judgemnt and Please don't be mean. Is it possible to lose face fat is early 20s.
