Counteirfit items when no brand is indicated? What should I do?

So I bought some for 100€, they usually go for around 200-400-800€ depending on the condition & color since they’re pretty trendy and an expensive brand. The sellers listing had been up for a few months for 200€/a pair (she had two) with just a few likes, there was no indication of the brand, however she did mention that they’re 500€ in store and that it was a gift that she got years ago (kind of suspicious thinking about it now since she claimed that the person she got them from didn’t give her a box or a receipt and they still had some of the stickers on) I ended up buying them and now they’re on their way, but I’m not sure if they are authentic I tought that they are before, I don’t know anymore due to a few small things I’ve now noticed in the pics. So what I’m asking is if they were counterfeit would vinted do anything about it? Or should I just not pick them up?
