Renovation Cartridge Issue

I have the Renovation Collection I cartridge and while it works great on my Super Pocket it's the only cartridge I have that doesn't bother to show up on my Evercade VS-R. My VS-R has the most up to date firmware. Is there a work around for this? Does anyone else have this issue? And lastly are there other carts notorious for this problem?
