ISO someone that can do a cover stitch.

Ok team. I’ve been to 3 tailors and none of them can do a stitch to match this hem. Stitch featured throughout jacket so looking to maintain the original look. Can anyone recommend a person or place that can do this? (Tried to attach a picture but couldn’t. Happy to DM it)
