Krypt hearts reset after watching ads.

Has anyone gotten their hearts in Krypt reset to 0 after watching ads from the free rewards section on the store?

Sometimes after I watch the ad, I don’t get the reward immediately(pending) and get it after I finish watching the next one. But never have I had my hearts resetted to 0 before.

This time I didn’t get the reward(pending) 2 times in a row and the game took a long time to process it, like saying I had no connection or had to reconnect for it to process but my connection was perfectly fine. I thought I would get the rewards after I restarted the app but only got them 1 by 1 after restarting the app each time, and on the 3rd restart I continued to watch ads and get rewards. But when I checked Krypt, my hearts went to 0. I tried restarting the app again to see if it was just a fluke but wasn’t. I genuinely lost all my hearts I grinded and now cant’t get COS Nightwolf(I’m not spending keys and komsumables.. feels like I’m gonna get reset again).

*I Couldn’t provide picture evidence since I wasn’t expecting this problem to occur but I hope you guys understand from what I said above. This problem was something I haven’t heard of ever, but I wasn’t too surprised something like that happened since this game is glitchy and buggy.
