I have been basically none stop losing since the start of the season. I genuinely feel like im just getting unlucky. But am i doing something wrong?

Basically, last season I was masters 4. Im currently diamond 3 almost diamond 4. Today I played 4 games and 2 of them were against smurfs, 1 of them admitted they were a smurf learning tracer and got mad at us saying they were gonna "teach us a lesson" by going to their main. I'm not necessarily bothered about my rank, but I'm in a team of players who are all at least low masters and i dont want to let them down. I feel like I should be in masters 5 at least, because most seasons I end up reaching masters 5 sometimes 4. I peaked masters 1.

Anyway, here are some codes, obviously I dont expect anyone to watch all of them but I am just including a few because they show different things.

I played kiri in all these tho i am not a kiri main i just want to get better at her. thats not a reason for playing badly because I do still have a good amount of playtime on her

Game on hollywood- SFJE4S - I think I played okay. It was close. This one had a smurf in it, which was the enemy tracer who got mad and went cas.

Game on Kings Row- 9F22W5 - Game was close. I might have been a bit tilted at this point. We got rolled at the start because of a widow. I died to her and my team was really mad at me so I stopped to type which was really dumb.

Game on Illios- 0Q16W2 - This one we got stomped even though I feel like I was doing a lot. I did die twice at the start which probably lost us 2 fights. I feel I did well after that though and it didnt even matter because the game felt super unwinnable with a reaper who went 1 11 and a hanzo who after the first round had 648 damage.
