Looking to purchase a cloak/ cape from a small business

For Christmas I’m looking to purchase a cloak or cape for my fiancé’s Renfair outfit for Christmas and it’s hard to find a small business to buy from since the market is so saturated with drop shipping. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
