Is it "safe" to have sex on amphetamine? I'm worried about getting erectile dysfunction

Hi, I recently told my girlfriend that I jacked off for like 10 hours a couple of times while on speed and it felt amazing and now she REALLY wants to try having sex on speed, but I'm worried that if we do it too often I won't be able to get it up anymore. I often read that people who stimfap too often lose function in their dick, is it really that common?

Also is there anything else to worry about when trying this? Will regular sex be ruined for us?
