F-22

So I got me a new bad azz PC joystick, throttle, and rudder pedals. Downloaded DCS, bought FC3 for a starting point. Learned to takeoff, land and fly. Did training, missions, and campaign then I saw that I could get some jets as mods, cool. Downloaded them flowed the instructions as best I could and boom nothing works. Not sure what I’m missing unless windows 11 is the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.
