Constantly getting blocked... what do you guys do/use?

I'm trying to scrape Reddit for "Problem" + " Location" posts and comments (like "Bankruptcy in /orlando" and "New Roof in /sarasota") but every tool I use is getting blocked. These are well recommended tools that I've been experimenting (and getting very frustrated) with:

But is everyone else getting blocked using these as well or am I doing something wrong?
