Looking for a gym buddy se pdx

I have been wanting to get back into the gym, been having some motivation problems. Anyone else feel the same lol. Im looking for someone to meet up with at the gym, work out with and after a shower we could reward eachother?

I work a very unpredictable schedule but looking to start out about 3 times per week.

Im 39 average to stocky build, 5'9" 170 lbs. Looking for someone my age or younger and prefer a more "twink" or "femme"
