Can my partner (19F) use her registro taken when she was 13yo?

We have an upcoming flight to rio in November for almost 3 weeks and i want to make sure there won't be any issues

She doesn't have a passport yet or any other valid ID (that I know of) other than Rigstro Geral

And in my opinion she does still lookalike though it's obvious she's much younger in the photo
