I just made a post here but need advice on bra fit

I wear a 38DD and have been considering reduction I just recently made a post here but I just measured myself at home and got a 32G or 34DDD (F)? Is this possible how can that be true if a 38DD fits me but then at the same time I don’t feel supported well enough with it but I’m just like idk I realize now my band doesn’t sit under my chest it hovers over or is sitting on my breasts rather than under to support I feel so dysmorphic
