Received a package that isn't what I ordered.

So I received a package today that I've been expecting. It's my name, my address, and my tracking number I've been following. But upon opening it, I realize it's not what I ordered. I ordered a toy for my kid, but received jewelry instead.

Who do I contact? UPS or the company I purchased from?
