Guidance and Counselling?

I wanna ask po kung saan po location ng guidance and counselling office either sa cea or sa main. Sabi ng friend ko and ni google na I can ask for help from that department if student ako. Currently I don't have the budget to get myself checked professionally, and I'm at risk for a 2nd attempt. I just want someone who can hear me, and possibly tell me where I can get help for a price lower than possibly 5k per session (ayan sabi ng ka dorm ko when I asked her how much her sessions were for therapy). Thank you all in advance.

P.S I don't want advice na po on how I can get better or kahit to get distracted. I've tried. It doesn't work po. A word of empathy will do
