I'm 25 turning 26 soon, I feel like my life is a waste of time

NSFW

I was born in the United States and love here my whole life. I was born into a 2 parent household with siblings and I'm a highschool graduate. I've made mistake after mistake being alive and don't know how to structure my mind being a better human being. I went to college and dropped out cause I was working a job and my home life was hard going to community college. I tried to do a bunch of businesses and work different job but I can't keep a job because I have anxiety and I think people are always fucking with me or I'm bullied out of spaces I want to stay in. I didn't have any strong male role models growing up and being this old I feel like I'm a waste of space with little to show for it at this age. I constantly hammer myself mentally for not being enough but everyday I wake up and I can't move from the same spot or stop doing shitty habits like buying edibles to offset negative emotions or thinking about suicide because I feel like I grasp a hold of my own life. I don't know what to believe anymore or who to trust when it comes to myself. I have a support system, but there words they don't feel real, it feels like things I've tried before again and again and I fail each time. Do you guys have some type of mantra or mechanism you do to alleviate negative mindsets and help you reclaim your grasp of reality?
