Winless Fantasy Season Incoming

Redraft - Team Advice

I’m staring down the barrel of a winless fantasy season. Honestly, I don’t see myself winning a single game this year. My roster is a full-blown disaster — no one will trade with me, and I’ve scored over 100 fewer cumulative points than even the next worst team. I’m the league’s official punching bag.

It’s a 12-man PPR league, so depth is already thin, and the waiver wire is basically a wasteland. I’ve scraped together a few intriguing adds like Woody Marks and Gadsden, but there’s no saving me from my catastrophic draft. My first five picks tell the whole story:

1. CeeDee Lamb – Was hurt for four weeks and the Cowboys are a rollercoaster.

2. Brian Thomas Jr. – Quite possibly the biggest fantasy bust of the season.

3. Alvin Kamara – Looks washed, workload slashed, and grossly underperforming even by last year’s standards.

4. James Conner – Season-ending injury in Week 3.

5. Jerry Jeudy – Reached a round early thinking he’d build on the second half of last season. He did not. Disaster.

I still set my lineup every week and try to “win” for the sake of league integrity, but man, it’s brutal. I’m getting absolutely crushed — last week I lost 77 to 150, and I’ve only scored over 100 points twice all season. I just hate that I have to wait an entire year to take another crack at it. I’m so ready for this miserable season to be over.
