Mushrooms growing everywhere underground and I have no idea how to stop it

Hi, so I am working on a modpack as of late and there is one issue that keeps appearing which I've been ignoring up until now, mushrooms.

At first I thought it was Regrowth so I removed the mushroom feature but they keep appearing.. I then spotted one of the culprits an enderman. I think the endermen have been placing them underground constantly but I don't know what mod is doing it. Here is my mod list, see if ya'll can find anything I missed!
