The Effectiveness of Our Education System in The Face of Opportunity

Immigration into Uganda has led to the establishment of internationally affiliated Schools and Colleges. Quality education is now right at our door step in addition to the interconnectedness brought about by the Internet in fueling learning thanks to supportive tools and resources. We can no longer put blame on a poor educational system for failure amidst such transformative changes. However these come at a high cost to the majority of the populance yet this doesn't negate the fact that there's access and perhaps the opportunity to advance at scale. There's common thought that appropriate education has to promote identified talent right from the initial stage. The "products" entering the job market show less preparedness and are unethically fit for the environments whilst most businesses are lacking proper systems and under poor leadership.

Is Academia failing to deliver the right kind of education or Industry is unprepared to bridge talent?
