Christmas gift ideas for a chef??

Hello! My bf sucks at communicating things he wants and making lists but this year I really wanna just shock him and get things he would want without me having to tear it out of him.

If it helps, he works as a pastry chef at a French bakery, he loves French food, ice cream, and such.

We already have stand mixers and such, but anything maybe someone gifted you that u didn’t even know u wanted?

Or really good spices? Extracts? Appliances??
