Toggling Phone Call Mute/Unmute for Teams

I want to be able to mute and unmute a phone while having my phone held up to my ear. If there's a way to make a shortcut that does this, I could assign the shortcut to the Action Button. would be extremely helpful when taking work calls when I don't have headphones!

When I search "Mute" in Search Actions in the Shortcuts app I see "Mute/Unmute the microphone" but only for IG and Facebook Messenger. I tested this while using teams and it doesn't work.

Any ideas??
