Rajapushpa Sierra vs Anvita high 9

Considering the two

Anvita high 9 is mins away from exit2, not sure about builder profile as he doesn't have much projects.

Rajapushpa on other hand has good builder profile and we can reach Exit 2 via Trident Road (Not sure how big is the road)and ORR service road.

Which is better ?

Both are high density but..if you compare plans..Sierra has more open space and better planned.
