Neighborhood Question

Hello!

We are coming to San Antonio in a couple of weeks.

My wife found a listing for a property on Burnet St looks to be just outside of downtown (Burnet & Hackberry). I can see that the house was completely renovated, but that doesn't help see what the neighborhood currently looks like. Street views newest is 2022. I know a ton of neighborhoods have been renovated down recently throughout San Antonio.

Does anyone know the area to say if it is safe enough?
