CGPR meds

I have what seems to be occipital neuralgia or at least very much almost constant pain in the occipital nerves. I do get a decent amount of migraines too. Botox hasn’t helped me, only with the intensity of the migraines.

Has anyone gotten CGPR injections/infusions where it has helped the occipital pain? I’m questioning whether I should just get a nerve decompression surgery. If I’m a candidate ofc.
