Tar regulating/shaping

Hi all,
I’m looking to improve how we track tar shaping/regulating and wanted to see what others are doing. A few questions I’d love input on:

• What tools or platforms are you using to record shaping and regulating? (e.g. Excel, CRM systems, custom forms, apps?)
• Do you use any templates or frameworks to guide your entries?
• How often are you recording—daily, weekly, or just when something significant happens?
• Are you finding any tools particularly helpful for spotting patterns or trends over time?
• If you’ve tried a few methods, what’s worked best and what didn’t stick?
