ARCOM vs PNWU vs CHSU COM vs LMU DCOM(Knoxville)

I am very grateful to have received 4 acceptances so far and now I’m trying to figure out the pros and cons for each program. I am currently located in the southeast and would prefer to stay in the area but ultimately I would like to attend the best school that will prepare me to match into my specialty of interest which is neurology. I also have an interview scheduled for NYITCOM-Arkansas scheduled coming up. I would greatly appreciate hearing honest feedback and views of each school.
