Kraken support useless stolen account no help insight

So on October 25th I couldn't login to my kraken account as I got locked out figured maybe I forgot my password tried to do password recovery and username recovery i did not receive any of these emails.

I then tried to email support got auto response to make a ticket so I made a ticket they have yet to do anything to help me and have stopped responding.

Then I made new account to try and speak with a real person as they have no phone or email contact listed anywhere the email if you email will get automated message saying they don't reply to emails

So in my live chat they basically ignored my issues copy and pasted generic messages and then left the chat and now if I try to message in chat it says I have a ticket and cannot speak to anyone.

Now it is the 28th I have only received one email from my ticket yesterday saying someone in Portugal has tried or did login to my account i am in canada and they are not answering my messages kraken support on reddit I have spoken to they also have been useless saying he will escalate things that's how I got the one automated response of my account being attempted to login from Portugal that is apparently the escalation from reddit I got.

At this point by end of day if I do not receive any word or any action to resolve this i will have to take legal action against kraken
