Update to Over 50,000 VC giveaway - Lower entry fees!

Let's try to expand this for people that don't have as much to spend as well as get as many people to play as possible.

I want to give away a bunch of VC, but don't want the entry to be too overwhelming, so I'm dropping it to 1/4 of the bonus amount. So a tournament with a 500 entry will have a bonus of 2,000. Max will be a 1,250 entry fee for the monthly finale with a 5,000 bonus. Every tournament will still have a bunch of bonus with that calculation being used to do it.

The greedy people may try to take over at these rates, but I'm hoping the conditions won't allow that.
