Is it possible or legit (somehow) to get a refund on a booster box

Since some packs have the known problem of not having 2 rares or above rarity guaranteed and advertised by Riot, I was wondering if there is a way or if it is even legitimate to ask for refunds.

Does anyone have any idea about it?
