Syncing iPhone gallery to MacBook

Hello everyone. I just wanted to ask is there any way to sync my iPhone gallery with my MacBook. I researched on internet but I couldn’t find an exact answer or a way to do it properly. I don’t want to transfer my photos and videos my main request is syncing, so basically I just want the photos and videos automatically saves to my MacBook that I take with my iPhone.
