H-FREE 500 - Hoover - Stopped working

I bought in 2022 the H-Free vacuum cleaner; recently it stopped working.

Basically, what's happening is that when I turn it on, after a couple of seconds it stops.

I initially thought it was the filter, so I bought a new one, but I am facing the same issue.

I don't think it's something clogging the flow, because if I remove the dust-container I get the same issue.

The same happen if I don't connect the vacuum cleaner to the base.

I called the Hoover assistance, the item is too small to be repaired, and they don't have a network of "fixer" for small appliance.

While I understand not repairing with their workforce I struggle to understand why not to have a network of referenced Appliance Repair Technician.

They just told me "find some local shop".

I can easily buy a new Vacuum Cleaner today, but I really hate the idea that it is not possible to fix.
