Has anyone been having crazy intense/vivid dreams lately?

Maybe it’s bc of Scorpio season or the fact that I stopped smoking 🍃 and my rem cycle is regulating itself again but my dreams have been so intense lately. Ranging from lucid nightmares to time traveling to seeing and feeling the trauma of my ancestors. My intuition is def trying to tell me something I’m just not sure what the message is bc every night is something different.
