Processing time, Hungary Visiting friends visa

I applied for a hungary schengen visa and it was received at the consulate in London on 20/10/2025. I tracked the application today (28/10/2025) and it’s already dispatched to courier. My documents were somewhat perfected. I got rejected last year for insufficient itinerary and visa shopping. The processing time is supposed to be 15 calendar days but it’s already processed in 8 days. I’d like to hear your thoughts on this. Is this likely a rejection?
