Do you guys a drop in these months?

Hi I’m a top rated seller on upwork with $10k earned profile. I applied for more than 40 jobs. But clients are not even viewing the profile. Do you guys also experience this?

In Year end I feel like there’s a huge drop in many industries. How do you guys feel? Any experience?
