Can I do a Master’s in Computer Engineering if I’m completing a BE in ICE?

I’m currently completing my Bachelor’s in Information and Communication Engineering (ICE), and I’m planning ahead for my Master’s studies.

I wanted to ask whether it’s possible to apply for a Master’s in Computer Engineering (CoE) after completing a BE in ICE. Since ICE covers a mix of computer systems, programming, networking, and electronics, I’m wondering if universities in Nepal — like Kathmandu University (KU) or Tribhuvan University (TU) — consider ICE graduates eligible for CoE programs.

If anyone has experience or has already applied for a similar switch (ICE → CoE), could you please share what the eligibility requirements or possible bridging courses were?
