Ever heard of a “Dual Interest Account”?

Most people park their cash in a savings account that earns next to nothing and gets taxed every year.

There’s a structure the wealthy quietly use that credits interest in two directions..one side grows your cash value while the other can be leveraged to earn a second yield on the same dollar. It’s not crypto, not real estate, and not a bank account…but it behaves like all three in the right design.

It’s one of those things that sounds impossible until you see how it’s structured. Anyone else here familiar with it?
