Doesnt want to run after engine reinstall.

Im having issues with my 1999 subaru forester sf5, decided to pull the engine to replace the clutch and replace all seals. After reinstalling it i replaced the timing belt which seems to be installed correctly. Afterwards i tried to start it but it does not want to start.

It cranks slowly even with a fully charged battery, the ECU sees that the engine is cranking, but there is no spark and injectors are not firing. Tachometer also doesnt show that the engine is spinning. Immobilizer is working as it should. I have checked that all sensors and plugs are plugged in. Fuel pump does prime and fuel is reaching the fuel rail. I replaced what i believe to be the main relay which controls power to coil and injectors. I have checked several ground wires but all seem to be in decent condition

I tried to check for fault codes by putting the ECU in diagnostics mode but it didnt show any faults.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue, or any pointers for what i could check next?
