Dr. Jessica Shepherd, Chief Medical Officer at Hers. AMA on 11/12 @ 12 PM EST

Menopause and perimenopause is a natural part of life. But, because women’s health is still so often underdiscussed and misunderstood, many women feel totally unprepared for these shifts and symptoms. In my 20+ years as an OB/GYN, I’ve witnessed firsthand how often perimenopause and menopause bring up questions, concerns, and confusion for my patients, but also for my family and friends—and I know many women are looking for the same answers

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t just things to “power through.” Understanding what’s going on with your body and how to manage it can help you minimize symptoms, understand treatment options, and continue to thrive and feel your best.

During our AMA, ask me your questions about perimenopause, menopause. Together, we’ll shed light on the facts and navigate through the answers. Drop your questions right here.
