Does anyone here play efootball online? Need some help

I get horrible lag when trying to play pvp. I have primtel fiber and connect my xbox through lan. In game i only get 2 max 3 bars on the ingame network meter.

Primetel says its a server issue and there is nothing they can do but I checked konami website and they have a server in tel aviv so it shouldnt be a server issue issue

To those who play efootball online, do you have the same issue? If not, what isp do you use. Do you have any advice?
