Interested in furniture making. Is Dewalt DWS780 for $499 a good buy?

I'm interested in beginning furniture making. I think I'll need to get a miter saw and table saw which I don't have yet. Is Dewalt DWS780, currently on sale for $499, a good deal for a miter saw or are there better options out there? Cost is not a huge concern for me but I don't want to spend money just to spend money. I'd rather get a quality piece of equipment that will last reliably for many years.

I'm also looking for suggestions on a table saw.

Thanks!
