Scared are these colon cancer symptoms

Hi 40F Have had rectal pressure since August and within the last few weeks have developed diarrhea. I before used to have regular bowel movements usually once a day but am now going 3 times a day. I feel like the diarrhea started after ei started to get anxious about the pressure. Do these sound like concerning symptoms to you? Rectal pressure with now persistent diarrhea?
