Sent home for refusing to clean a biohazard

So today my kid (20) was working a 9 to 1 as courtesy staff. It was incredibly slow so they had them out gathering carts. After that they tried to get them to plunge a toilet full to the brim of shit. My kid told them that they dont get paid enough to do that. 15 minutes later they were told if you aren't gonna help around the store you can clock out and go home. So they did. But tell me im not the only one who sees how wrong this is. Sent home cause they refused to clean a biohazard that they should not have been asked to do anyway. What should I have them do because this is not right.
