F25 vs G01?

Looking to buy my first X3 and I am stuck between the following: 2017 F25 X3 xDrive35i or 2018/2019 G01 X3 xDrive30i.

The M40i is a little out of my budget and I am having a hard time deciding between the highest end F25 or the ‘middle tier’ G01. Leaning towards the G01.

Not the most knowledgeable about BMWs but they are my favorite car and I would like to learn more. Would anyone prioritize lower mileage or a specific model over another? If anyone has any suggestions or things to look out for, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
