AIO if I don't wanna go trick or treating

Am I Overreacting if I (16F) don't want to go trick or treating on my birthday? My birthday is October 30 and after school yesterday my sister bought home a trick or treating event paper and my mom and sister agreed and said i should go but the thing is it's on my birthday...

see I don't wanna go it's from 5 to 8 and my dad wanted me to go to his house since I've been with my mom for about a month and he said my mom could have me till Tuesday but he changed his mind to today but my mom is mad. See all month me and her have been doordashjng to pay bills but lately it's been asking for verification and we haven't been able to work cus of that (it's not her dasher for clarification it's her friends) so I been feeling drained and it got so bad that my grades went down and my dad wanted to spend my birthday with me since last year and we didnt really do much for my birthday last year and he didn't get to. and now my mom's saying if i don't go to her house after school today to get my clothes she's throwing it away also btw she's not my bio mom she's my cousins WIFE i only call her mom cause MY biological mom abandoned me and she took care of me. the only reason we work is cause he's 30 and has no job so she pays the bills but and I just don't know what to do

I've been at her house cus last month she broke her ankle and she wanted my help I was supposed to go home weeks ago since she got better and my dad found an apt and moved in but then she REBROKE her ankle again so I had to stay longer to help her around the house and help with the girls (she has 6 girls all under the age of 14 but 3 of them aren't hers there dcfs)

But now shes mad im leaving and she was trying to keep me longer

i just don't know what to do and need
