VA.gov not showing any record of payment or enrollment

My va.gov account was just set up yesterday and i'm trying to check my direct deposit information as well as figure out my chapter 35 missing payments but theres nothing showing. it says i dont receive payment and that i have no enrollments. how do i add things? is it because i just set it up? the website just takes me in circles im so confused.
