Campaign/election volunteering during furlough

Any furloughed feds using this forced time away from work to volunteer for 2025 elections/candidates? Many are able to volunteer for candidates on our own time in accordance with ethics policies and I imagine that many local candidates could use the extra hands in the GOTV (get out the vote) week before the election. Plus, furloughed federal employees are living proof that elections have consequences!
